Kadri conducts workshops for group constellations as well as individual one-on-one constellations in Tallinn and Tartu.

In addition, he conducts short courses in constellations and organizes seminars and workshops for internationally recognized constellers in Estonia. Kadri graduated from the Moscow Institute of Systemic Solutions with a degree in Family Constellations.
