Principle of Belonging – the belonging of every human member to the system must be taken into account; forgetting people and lacking respect often have negative consequences.
Principle of Order – the position of each member of the human system depends on their tasks and responsibilities. To achieve better results in an organization, people should be aware of each other's professional boundaries and respect them.
The principle of balance between giving and taking – the contribution of system members should be matched by appropriate reward (money, recognition, status, etc.), taking or giving more can have negative consequences. This can also apply to “overpaying” an employee.
