ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION:<\/h4>\n

The Estonian Professional Art Directors Association (EPKA) was founded on December 27, 2017.<\/p>\n

The objectives of EPKA are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. explaining and promoting the preventive, solution-oriented and therapeutic role of the constellation method in Estonian society;<\/li>\n
  2. collecting, sharing, translating and publishing professional information, organizing conferences, training courses, round tables and information events;<\/li>\n
  3. maintaining the level of competent and discreet constellation service and the professional ethics of constellators in Estonia;<\/li>\n
  4. supporting the professional development of constellation managers; promoting cooperation in the field of constellation management with similar organizations operating in Estonia and other countries,<\/li>\n
  5. to develop into an organization that awards and recognizes the profession of a constellator, the standard of which is in line with the requirements of the European Qualifications Framework and professional ethics;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. initiating and coordinating the creation, application and receipt of a professional standard for qualified stage managers;<\/li>\n
    2. be a reliable contact for professionals and clients in their field;<\/li>\n
    3. Creating, providing and coordinating co-vision and supervision opportunities that support and develop constellators.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\r\n\t
