I graduated from the Estonian Institute of Systemic Solutions and Consultation with a degree in systemic family constellation under Olga Knjazeva. I am a certified family constellation, a system therapist. In 2021, I started studying business constellations and systematic development of the organization, also under the guidance of Olga Knjazeva.

In 2020, I graduated from the Tallinn School of Experienced Counselors and I offer experiential counseling services mainly to the clients of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund.

I have a master’s degree in social work. Of my 24 years of work experience, I have worked 18 years directly or indirectly in the social field and 6 years in the field of project management. From 24 years of work experience, I have worked as a leader for 22 years, which is why I became interested in studying the constellations of the organization.

I have always been interested in people and their nature. I have completed several different courses, been engaged in learning and self-development for about 25 years.

Today, working with people has become my main job. I do group constellations, individual reception with the constellation method, experiential counseling, topic evenings and trainings in the field of self-help.
