STANDARDS OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM OF THE ASSOCIATION OF ESTONIAN PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTS

CONDITIONS FOR THE TRAINING PROGRAM

1.1 Program duration: minimum 2 years. Number of hours: min. 450 ac/h of theory, practical hours 150 ac/h. 4 personal constellation work and self-therapy – longer individual or group therapy process – minimum 40 credits. h.

1.2 A total of at least 4 teaching staff, of which at least 2 must meet the qualification/level of the main teaching staff.

1.3 Prerequisite for admission to the thesis – 2 self-directed and supervised constellations.

1.4 Thesis: practical work to demonstrate acquired skills.

1.5 An EPKA observer will participate in the thesis demonstration.

1.6 Issuance of certificate: signed by the training organizer and EPKA board representative.

CONDITIONS FOR THE STUDENT’S ADMISSION TO THE TRAINING PROGRAM

2.1 Title: System Consultant

2.1.1 Upon admission:

2.1.1.1 Secondary education. No supervision or thesis upon graduation.

2.1.2 Upon termination:

2.1.2.1 Rights of the system consultant: the consultant uses the constellations for his own use and to expand his horizons. He can give relevant lectures, share systemic knowledge and information, but does not work with constellations either in groups or individually.

2.2 Name: Systemic family constellator

2.2.1 Upon admission:

2.2.1.1 Higher education in psychology, medicine, social work, pedagogy or a corresponding qualification under the responsibility of the training provider, or

2.2.1.2 Higher education, to which is added documented additional training of 120 ac/h on the human psyche, the basics of counseling (except if completed during studies).

2.2.1.3 Work experience after obtaining a higher education: at least 2 years of continuous experience in working with people.

2.2.1.4 Constellation experience (min. 30 ac.h). May be arranged as a screening by the training organizer for those with no previous constellation experience.

2.2.2 Upon termination:

2.2.2.1 The rights of a systemic family constellator: can work on a systemic level, make constellations in groups and individually (except for difficult clinical and psychiatric issues and severe traumas).

2.3 Name: Systemic family constellator-therapist

2.3.1 Upon admission:

2.3.1.1 Master’s degree in psychology or an equivalent qualification under the responsibility of the training provider or

2.3.1.2 Master’s degree in medicine, pedagogy, social work or a corresponding qualification under the responsibility of the training provider, to which additional trainings of 120 ac/h on human psychology, the basics of counseling, IRC, traumas are added (except if completed during the course).

2.3.1.3 Work experience after obtaining higher education: a minimum of 4 years of continuous experience in working with people.

2.3.1.4 Constellation experience (min 30 ac/h). May be arranged as a screening by the training organizer for those with no previous constellation experience.

2.3.1.5. Training and further education of other therapies.

2.3.2 Upon termination:

2.3.2.1. The rights of a systemic family constellator-therapist: can work on a systemic level, make constellations in groups and individually without restrictions, which require in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the psyche, personality and mental disorders.

2.4 Graduates will be given a corresponding note about the name of the training on their graduation certificate.

2.5 The training organizer checks and is responsible for the correctness of the data.

3.12 Family constellation practice and supervision

4. CONDITIONS FOR THE MAIN LEARNING COMPETENCIES OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM AND THE INTERNSHIP PROVIDER

4.1 The main lecturer must meet the requirements of the EPKA training program standard for a systemic family constellation therapist and have continuous work experience in conducting constellations for at least 6 years. In addition, he must have knowledge and skills in group management and teaching people.

4.2 The main teaching staff together provide at least 60% of the teaching volume.

4.3 Guest lecturers are required to have a higher education and can teach up to 40%.

4.4 The responsible lecturer is responsible for the qualification and level of the foreign lecturer.

4.5 The trainee must at least meet the requirements of a systemic family constellation and have at least 5 years of continuous experience in the constellation.

TRAINING PROGRAM EVALUATION PROCEDURE

5.1 The evaluation of study programs is based on the standards of the EPKA training program.

5.2 In order to receive approval and recognition from EPKA, the training organizers must send the training program to the relevant committee of EPKA for review at least 3 months before the agreed evaluation deadline.

5.3 A description of the procedure for collecting feedback from learners/graduates is added to the already existing training program.

5.4 EPKA recognition is renewed after submitting a revised training program or a new one

in front of the starting training group, based on the written decision of the EPKA committee, with confirmation in the training program header: “EPKA confirms and acknowledges”

The EPKA training program standards have been adopted and approved by the decision of the general meeting on 27.03.2023 to ensure the quality and professional level of constable training.

The standards are based on the World Systemic Constellation Organization standards of Estonia, Russia, Argentina, Spain.
