I have been working as a psychologist since 2008, in 2009 I obtained a Master of Social Sciences in Psychology at the Academy Nord (merged with Tallinn University). In addition, I work as a hypnotherapist and am a certified supervisor and coach. I have completed introductory courses in family therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-oriented short therapy, as well as NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner training.

In 2016, I graduated from the Institute of Systemic Solutions and Consulting with a degree in family constellation training, and in 2019 with client-centered structural and internal constellation studies. I practice constellations regularly and I can use all the knowledge I have learned in both individual and group constellations. My strengths are my knowledge of psychology, empathy, systematics and knowledge and skills of diverse studies, as well as long-term experience of working with groups.

I belong to the Estonian Association of Professional Constellators.

I consider myself a diverse person, an active and active person, I like challenges and I am therefore constantly evolving.
